Does what it says on the tin. I hope the House can't hold it together, because Trump's budget is an absolute disaster for everyone but billionaires. It will facilitate a massive transfer of wealth to those who already have more money than they know what to do with, while kicking those who need help the most off the only lifeline our society sees fit to throw them.
